John Foley Memorial Scholarship

Each Year the Connecticut State Police Emerald Society Foundation awards the John Foley Memorial Scholarship. It is named after the founding father of CSPES, John Foley established and adopted on December 10, 1999. 

The Connecticut State Police Emerald Society provides scholarships to CSPES members in good standing for children by birth, legally adopted, stepchild or child raised as member's own (claimed as a dependent on income tax). Applications are accepted between January 1st and July 31st of each year. All applications must be postmarked by July 31st for consideration those applications postmarked after July 31st will not be processed.

Award recipients will be notified in August of each year.
